The Patriot Way
American Heritage School’s athletics program builds Christian character in our student athletes to increase their capacity to be useful in the hands of the Lord.
Why athletics at AHS?
In 2018, American Heritage School completed a multimillion-dollar expansion of its athletics facilities: a turf soccer field and stadium, track and field facilities, four tennis courts, a baseball field, a weight room, a sports medicine room, locker rooms, and a 1,500-seat basketball arena. Within two years, an auxiliary gym was added. Before these additions, made possible solely through generous private donors, our athletics facilities were one recreation hall and one soccer field.
We strive for excellence in competition. We want to win, and we want to push and improve our bodies and our minds. Winning draws attention to our mission and gives it a platform. But these secondary goals support the primary goal; they never replace it.

The Patriot Pact
- Wearing the Patriot uniform is a privilege that I earn every day.
- I earn this privilege by conducting myself as a Christian athlete at all times, guided by charity, the pure love of Christ. This means I treat teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials with respect, even when calls or plays don’t go my way.
- I will use uplifting language and demonstrate self-control (no swearing, no tearing down others).
- My conduct will inspire others (giving my full effort, playing fair, no obscene gestures, no taunting). Win or lose, I will be humble and gracious.
- When I put this uniform on, I represent myself, my team, my school, my family, and my beliefs.
